Lava presents the biggest sealing-bar in a non-chamber Vacuum-Machine in the world, produced in serial production. The professional vacuum machine V.500^® Premium (with 121 cm sealing bar length) in a stainless steel housing. It has a 3-time welding, 3 poweful pumps, 3 motors, as well as a max. negative preasure of -0,97 bar. Save time and vacuumize 3 or 4 bags at the same time! The V.500 is ideal for the restaurant sector, as well as for professional businesses.

Vacuum-Machine functions

• Fully automatic: Automatic vacuuming and sealing process. Monitored by Lava-sensor control.
• Professional vacuuming and sealing of food, industrial parts and other items
• Vacuum-Pack bags or rolls Bag, or only seal without vacuum. Also standard: Switchable at any time to container mode
• Individually adjustable sealing time - so a film up to 200μ (industrial strength) with a width of up to 1210 mm can be sealed
  
• Manufacture of foil bags of individual length (continuous rolls can be found in 6 widths in the lava field of accessories)
• Soft vacuum: Precise pressure regulation in V.500 has been a standard, for vacuuming of pressure-sensitive foods
• No pressure on regulatory stop-pulse function or manual welding "as part of other devices" in that area
• Vacuuming of all vacuum containers, pots, jars and twist-off jars and containers by suction
• Welding of plastic bags up to 200μ to be used as a pure ideal sealer
• Vacuum packing and sealing of liquids (with the V.500 Premium and L+ pressore regulator or pre-froze)
